1. Return Policy

1.1 Change-of-Mind Returns (30 Days)

We give you 30 calendar days from the date you receive your goods to change your mind. You may return an item without any restocking fee when all of the following are true:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • The item has not been used, installed, or modified
  • All original accessories and documentation are included
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation)
  • The item is not excluded from returns (see exclusions below)

1.2 Return Exclusions

The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns:

  • Software, games, and digital downloads (once opened or downloaded)
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Custom-built computers and systems
  • Clearance, discontinued, or special order items
  • Items marked as "No Returns" on the product page
  • Gift cards and vouchers

2. Warranty Claims

All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page. Warranty claims are processed according to the following guidelines:

2.2 Australian Consumer Law

In addition to manufacturer warranty, you are entitled to certain guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including:

  • Goods must be of acceptable quality

  • Goods must be free from defects

3.1 Return Authorization (RA)

To process your return or warranty claim, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. You can do this by:

  • Logging into your account and submitting an RA request online
  • Emailing sales@zotim.com.au with your order details and issue description

3.2 Required Information

When submitting a claim, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name and model number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos of the problem (if applicable)

4. Processing and Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For warranty claims, we may cover shipping costs depending on the nature of the claim and warranty terms.

We aim to process all claims within 5-10 business days. Warranty claims may take longer depending on manufacturer response times.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For warranty claims, we may offer a replacement if the product cannot be repaired or if it's more cost-effective to replace it.
